Procedure for concluding an online purchase
You can place an order as an unregistered user (guest) or as a registered user. As a guest, you must enter your personal information with each individual separate order. As a registered user, you choose a username and password by signing up first. The next time you make a purchase, begin by logging in with your username and password, and then proceed to make your purchase.
Product selection: In the online store, select the product and quantity and click on the "Add to cart" link. You will be notified that the product has been successfully added to your shopping cart. You can then choose to continue shopping or complete your purchase by clicking "Continue to Checkout". By clicking on the cart at the top right you can edit and view the products in the shopping cart.
Removing a product from the cart: If you want, you can change the quantity of the desired products or remove the product from the shopping cart on the "Cart" page. You can modify the quantity by entering the number or using the arrows. However, you can completely remove the product from the cart by clicking on the button resembling a trash can.
Order: Click "Proceed to checkout" while viewing the shopping cart. All required fields are needed to complete the order. To proceed to the next step, click on the "Continue" button. You must provide a shipping address that includes your first name, last name, address, zip code, city, and country. If the address for the invoice differs from the delivery address, tick "Use this address for invoice too" and enter an additional address. Choose mail delivery or personal pick-up at the store. Select the method of payment and check the desired products and the correctness of the entered data. If you are satisfied with the order and agree to the terms of business, complete the order by clicking on "Place order".

When paying, please provide the exact reference (order number) to enable us to ensure that your order is executed as quickly as possible. The proforma invoice is valid for 5 working days. The delivery period begins on the day of receipt of funds received on our account.

Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity.

The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the provider confirms the order (the buyer receives an electronic status message). From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.

Delivery policy
The usual delivery time for goods is 3 to 7 working days.
Shipments are shipped through the provider Pošta Slovenije or DPD. Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the ordered items and are shown in the table below and include VAT.

Return policy
Order Cancellations
Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.
Returns
Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.
Shipping
To initiate a return, please email us at sales@nuithaishop.com. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return.
All returned merchandise should be sent to us at NUI THAI SHOP, Društvo Tajska, Mestna Tržnica Celje, Linhartova ulica 7, 3000 Celje.
You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.
Refunds and Exchanges
After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.
If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
